Even better: Eat 1-2 cups of fresh vegetables at each meal and reduce herbal tea to 3-4 cups daily. 3) Exercise daily- minimum of a 15 min. brisk walk 4) Eat a organic and natural whole foods diet & limit (or eliminate) addictive toxins such as alcohol, coffee and refined sugar 5) Use only organic, natural products on your skin 6) Change to using only neutral or a skin balanced acid ph cleanser on your skin. Use soap only very sparingly. 7) Use gentle exfoliating products one or two times weekly on your face and dry skin brush daily on your body. 8) Moisturize at least once a day all over and at least twice a day on your face and hands. 9) Use common sense about protecting your skin from harmful sunrays.
