To Use: Blend 1 Tbs. mask powder with 1 Tbs.. water for normal to oily skin or 1 Tbs.. Simply Lavender cleansing cream for dry skin. Apply to clean face. Leave on 10 to 20 minutes. Wipe off with a warm wet cloth. Follow with a WELSTAR toner and moisturizer.
